Individual therapy. Noticeable progress. Personalized care.
Our practice offers a wide range of physiotherapy treatments—tailored to your individual needs. Our goal is to alleviate symptoms, improve function, and promote your long-term health.
Greater mobility and quality of life
Physical therapy is an important part of modern conventional medicine. It aims to maintain or restore the body's mobility and functionality, relieve pain, and increase overall well-being.
Our range of treatments is aimed at people with acute or chronic complaints, those who have undergone surgery or accidents, as well as anyone who wants to take preventive measures to improve their health. Physiotherapy also plays a central role in rehabilitation, health promotion, and palliative care.
Our therapists have a solid education with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in physiotherapy and undergo continuous training to provide you with the best possible care.
Physiotherapy creates perspectives – for a better quality of life at any age.
Manual therapy
Mobilization techniques – for greater freedom in everyday life
We treat functional disorders of the muscular, joint, and nervous systems using individually tailored passive movements/mobilizations and soft tissue techniques. Targeted examination – targeted treatment.
Pelvic floor and incontinence therapy
More control – better quality of life
Targeted exercises and individual advice help to strengthen the pelvic floor. Particularly effective after pregnancy, surgery, or for incontinence problems—for a new feeling of security.
Complex physical decongestive therapy/lymphatic drainage
Reduce swelling – promote regeneration
A form of massage using specific techniques that stimulate increased activity in the superficial and deep lymph vessels. Used, for example, after surgery or injury.
Used as a complex form of therapy with five components for the effective treatment of lymphoedema and lipoedema.
Shock wave therapy
Stimulate healing – through targeted impulses
We use mechanical stimuli to activate the body's self-healing powers – particularly effective for chronic pain, tendon irritation, or muscle tension.
sports physiotherapy
Get back to training faster – safely and strongly
From prevention to rehabilitation to performance enhancement: we support athletes of all levels to prevent injuries, promote recovery, and improve performance in the long term.
Proprioception training and sensorimotor training
Balance, coordination, and safety—in sports and everyday life
Targeted exercises improve balance, responsiveness, and movement control. Training reduces the risk of injury and increases performance—whether in everyday life or in sports.
fall prevention
Greater safety in everyday life – maintaining quality of life
Fall prevention systematically improves balance, strength, responsiveness, and coordination. The aim is to prevent falls, strengthen confidence in one's own movements, and maintain mobility. The training content is individually tailored and is particularly suitable for older people or those who feel unsteady when walking.
(Fall prevention can be carried out on medical prescription and is covered by basic insurance.)
Medical training therapy (MTT)
Targeted development – sustainable strengthening
Under physiotherapeutic guidance, you will train your strength, endurance, and stability. MTT supports the healing process after surgery or injury and promotes your long-term health.
GLA:D® courses
Active help – for osteoarthritis or back problems
GLA:D® (Good Life with OsteoArthritis in Denmark) is an evidence-based program developed specifically for people with osteoarthritis in the hip or knee and chronic back pain. The aim is to relieve pain, improve mobility, and delay or avoid surgery if possible.
Taping (classic & kinesio taping)
Support – for muscles and joints
Skin-friendly tapes can be used to provide targeted support for muscles, ligaments, and joints—with or without restricting mobility. Taping improves the perception and function of the affected structures, promotes blood circulation, and can reduce swelling.
The application is suitable for sports injuries, muscular tension, poor posture, or for relief in everyday life, and is customized to each individual.
Trigger point therapy & dry needling
Relieve pain points – gain mobility
We treat trigger points in hardened muscles using targeted pressure or fine needles. This reduces pain, improves blood circulation, and restores freedom and flexibility of movement.
Craniomandibular dysfunction: Jaw physiotherapy
Relaxation and balance – for your jaw joint
The therapy is suitable for functional disorders, jaw pain, and tension.
Jaw physiotherapy for craniomandibular dysfunction (CMD) targets complaints such as jaw pain, clicking, restricted mouth opening, teeth grinding, or associated head, neck, and facial pain. Manual techniques, muscle relaxation, posture training, and specific exercises improve the function of the jaw joint and relieve the surrounding muscles.
electrotherapy
Targeted support – for muscles, pain reduction, and healing promotion
The therapy uses targeted, weak electrical impulses to activate muscles, relieve pain, and support the healing process. It can improve blood circulation, reduce inflammation, and regulate muscle tension. Depending on the objective, different types of electrical currents are used—always tailored to your individual needs and pain-free.
ultrasound
Gentle impulses – for healing and regeneration
The therapy uses high-frequency sound waves to warm deep tissue structures and specifically support the healing process. It promotes blood circulation, reduces pain, and relieves muscle tension. The treatment is tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
domiciliary treatment
Therapy – in your own home
Home visits are possible if medically necessary and prescribed by a doctor. Please check with us in advance to see if this option is available to you. Please note: The waiting time is usually longer, as more time must be allowed.
