Medical training therapy (MTT)

Targeted strengthening and rehabilitation under professional guidance

MTT is a training program tailored to your individual medical diagnosis for lasting improvement in strength, stability, and mobility. After a targeted introduction, you will complete your personal program over three months—ideally twice a week—in the training area.

Controlled, measured exertion specifically increases the resilience of muscles, joints, and connective tissue. A follow-up appointment ensures optimal support and adjustment of your program. MTT supports the transition from therapy to independent training, reduces discomfort, and optimizes movement patterns.

SensoPro coordination training

Targeted training for balance, stability, and mobility

The SensoPro system improves coordination skills and supports economical, safe movement. It is suitable for beginners as well as for athletic individuals and can be individually tailored to any training level.

Training on unstable surfaces activates the deep muscles and improves neuromuscular control. This has a positive effect on posture, gait, and responsiveness, and reduces the risk of falls or strain. The SensoPro is particularly helpful after injuries, for improving performance, and for promoting general training safety.

Training can be carried out in a wheelchair, with walking aids, or in a seated position, depending on your needs. Our staff are on hand to assist with equipment access or adjusting settings if required, ensuring that training remains accessible to all.
